How we work
We're based in Lahore and Islamabad. We work in English and Urdu, and can arrange a translator when you need one. Most trips are private and custom-built; we also run a small number of group departures each season for travellers who want company.

TripAdvisorHunza & the Karakoram HighwayWe landed in Islamabad with almost no plan and left ten days later having driven the entire Karakoram Highway. The team rebuilt the schedule twice when our flights moved and never made it feel like a problem. Hunza in October is something I will tell our grandchildren about.

Google reviewK2 Base Camp & ConcordiaHonestly the best mountain trip of my life, and I have done Everest Base Camp. The cook on the Baltoro was extraordinary, our lead guide Ashraf knew every porter by name, and the Concordia morning was worth every single step.

Google reviewSkardu, Shigar & KhapluTravelling as a solo woman I was nervous before arriving. Within an hour of landing that disappeared. Everything was prearranged, drivers were on time, hotels were better than the photos, and I felt looked after without ever feeling chaperoned.

Direct emailFairy Meadows & Nanga ParbatWe brought our two teenagers expecting a fight. By day three they had stopped asking about wifi. Fairy Meadows at sunrise, jeep ride and all, is exactly the kind of trip that changes how a family travels together.

TripAdvisorThe Grand North LoopBooked with two other Pakistan operators before. This one actually answered emails in hours, not days, and the itinerary they sent back had thought in it. No upgrades pushed on us, no surprise costs at the end.

Google reviewKalash Valleys & ChitralThe Kalash festival timing was perfect and the homestays they arranged in Bumburet were the highlight of three weeks across South Asia. Our guide spoke Kalasha which opened doors a regular tour would never see.

Direct emailHunza HoneymoonOur honeymoon. Six private days in Hunza, a driver who became a friend, sunset at Eagle's Nest, and a private dinner on the orchard terrace at Karimabad we still talk about. Worth every dollar.

TripAdvisorThe Heritage TriangleLahore old city walking tour with their heritage guide was the most informed two hours we had in Pakistan. Then they got us into a private rooftop dinner overlooking Badshahi Mosque. Could not fault a thing.

Google reviewDeosai Wildlife ExpeditionDeosai in July. Wildflowers, marmots, one distant brown bear, and a cook who produced a hot lunch on a 4,100 metre plateau. The camp staff were faultless. This was a serious operation, very well run.

Visas, costs, when to go, where to go, what to pack, and how to actually book it, written by people who run trips here every week.

Is Pakistan Safe to Travel in 2026? An Honest Guide
Region by region, in plain language: where it is safe, where it isn't, and what has actually changed in 2026.
Where you'll stay
Rooms with a provenance, not a chain.
We don't hand you a brochure of logos. We place you in the kind of property each journey deserves, restored forts, family orchards, lodges at altitude, chosen and booked by hand for your trip.
01Restored fort-palaces
Aga Khan-restored heritage forts and palace residences in Baltistan and Hunza, history you sleep inside.
02Family-run guesthouses
Owner-hosted homes and orchard inns in the valleys we know personally, where dinner is whatever the family is cooking.
03Mountain lodges & inns
Characterful lodges at altitude, chosen for the welcome and the view from the terrace at first light.
04Private wilderness camps
Supported tented camps where the road ends, on the Deosai plateau and beneath the Karakoram.
