We started Shore to Peaks because we got tired of seeing our country shown either as a place to be scared of or a list of sights to tick off.
We're a young company. We grew up here, we know the routes, and we work with a small group of innkeepers, cooks, drivers and guides who are family or close friends. They are the reason the trips feel the way they do.
Most trips are private and built around one party. We also run a small number of group departures each season. Either way, the itinerary is a conversation, and we don't sell anything we wouldn't take our own family on.

How we work
Three steps. Built by hand.
I
We talk
A first call, about an hour. We ask more than we tell. We want to know what kind of traveller you are before we suggest anything.
II
We draw it up
A written proposal, usually within ten days. Every meal, every stop, every host named. We rework it together until it actually fits.
III
We host you
On the ground you have one lead from our team and the families we've placed you with. We're reachable any hour, the whole trip.
What we believe
Small is the whole point.
We could take more guests. We don't. The trips work because we don't.
Local first, always.
Your driver, your cook, your guide, all from where you're travelling, not flown in.
No itinerary is final.
Weather, mood, a long lunch you don't want to leave. We rebuild on the fly.
We answer the phone.
Not a chatbot, not a ticketing system. Someone from our team you've already met.
